Cancellation Policy

Each tour has its own cancellation deadline and refund tier, which are displayed on the respective tour page at the time of booking.

Cancellations can be made through the My Bookings area or by contacting us at info@timelesspyramidstours.com.

Refund tiers include full, partial, and non-refundable options, with specific thresholds as applicable to each tour.

Failure to show up for a booked tour without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Cancellation policies for group and multi-passenger bookings may differ. Please refer to the specific tour page for details.

In cases of force majeure or if the operator cancels a tour, you will be informed and may be entitled to a refund as per the cancellation policy.

Requests for modifications to bookings must be made in accordance with the policies outlined on the tour page.

Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency and through the same payment method used for the booking.
